He has spent his career working to become the kind of provider that can care for your dental needs in a kind, compassionate and quality manner. He comes to San Tan Valley, AZ following 12 years of patient care in West Texas. Dr. Gifford graduated from the University of Florida, (GO GATORS), and is an alumni of Arizona State University and Brigham Young University as well.
Dr. Gifford offers a patient experience that feels far from the typical corporate medical office. His approach is personal, attentive, and grounded in trust. With a deep understanding of how to care for highly anxious patients, Dr. Gifford and his team focus on building genuine relationships—prioritizing comfort, communication, and continuity. With over 30 years of experience in the dental field, Michelle brings deep industry knowledge, leadership, and a strong commitment to patient care. She began her career as a dental assistant, gaining valuable clinical experience before moving into administrative and management roles. Today, as an Operations Manager, she ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice, combining compassion with efficiency to create a welcoming, well-organized environment for patients and staff alike.
Michelle’s strengths include patient coordination, scheduling, team leadership, and streamlining office systems to support both clinical and business goals. Her career-long dedication to dentistry has made her a trusted presence in the field and a reliable leader in her workplace.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys going to baseball games, spending time with her husband of 30 years, and making memories with her three grandchildren. She and her husband love to visit Key West, where they spend their free time deep sea fishing and enjoying the ocean.
Tina
Dental Assistant
Originally from sunny Southern California, Tina is a dedicated Dental Assistant with nearly two years of hands-on experience in the dental field. Known for her friendly demeanor and strong work ethic, she enjoys making patients feel comfortable and cared for during every visit.
Outside of work, Tina loves spending quality time with her family, swimming, singing, and diving into the world of video games. Her warm personality and passion for helping others make her a valued part of any dental team.
Nichole
Dental Assistant
With over 8 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant, Nichole brings a warm, skilled, and patient-focused approach to every appointment. Originally from San Diego and now living in San Tan Valley, she’s passionate about dentistry and takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. Nichole enjoys building lasting relationships with those she treats and loves spending time outdoors with her husband and two sons when she’s not in the office.
